He relayed the following information: ..... an ATF explosives officer was deployed as part of ATF's National Response Team with the JTTF, and accompanied ..... a NYPD bomb squad tech. He spotted some large fragments adjacent to a path for the subway system that appeared out of place - a frame rail assembly, a ring gear, a pinion gear, and a differential housing, They put all the parts on a gurney and carried them out to the Nypd crime lab on Sunday. On Tuesday, ..... an ATF lab technician, and ..... a NYPD official, went to the crime lab, sorted the debris, and found the VIN number, which was then traced.
